How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, Regular shipping services may vary from 15-20 days. EMS services usually take around 5-10 days. Preorders will take longer to ship as I need to wait for the items to be produced. The turnaround time is around 14-30 days for prints/charms/standees.

If you have a preorder item on your cart, your order will be sent after the preorder period is done.
Your policy regarding VATs and taxes?

All VATs and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. After I've shipped off the items, I will not be responsible for any customs in your country.
